Operational Excellence
Imaging Operations Intelligence
A new scanner connected in 72 hours, then a live view of every machine.
- Entry model
- New scanner connected in 72 hours, fixed price per device
- Duration
- 72 hours, after a 3 to 5 business day pre-flight
- Pricing
- Price on request
Does this sound familiar?
- An idle scanner at night is costly, and I do not find out until morning.
- We bought a new machine and it took weeks to connect to orders and the PACS.
- Reports are late and I do not know at which step each study gets stuck.
Who it is for
- High-complexity imaging centers (CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound) and centers that operate around the clock
- Multi-site imaging groups
- Buyer: owner or center director; the head of radiology and the operations manager influence
How we do it
Pre-flight
3 to 5 business daysWhat worksA rehearsal channel that carries a test order to a worklist and returns a test result; a ready / not ready report for 72 hours.Hours 0–24: orders and worklist
24 hoursWhat worksThe order from your RIS appears on the device worklist, verified on the device itself.Hours 24–48: status and images
24 hoursWhat worksA complete test study from device to archive, with status.Hours 48–72: result and dashboard
24 hoursWhat worksThe device is producing and visible on the dashboard; acceptance test signed.
How it starts
New scanner connected in 72 hours, fixed price per device
What works at the end
The device receives orders from your RIS, returns images and status, sends results back, and appears on the dashboard as busy, free, or in maintenance.
Price on request
Operational digital twin: a live picture of the center, alerts for bottlenecks before they happen, and what-if simulation.
Monthly subscription: on-call for connected equipment, utilization dashboard, and operational twin.
You keep every deliverable. There is no obligation to continue after the entry engagement.
How we measure value
What we measure
- Hours until a new device produces
- Utilization per device and hour
- Report turnaround against the time promised to the referring physician
How you verify it
You can repeat the acceptance test in front of your vendor, and you can count one full day of a device by hand and compare it with the dashboard.
Why K2-154
- We test the connection before the project period starts: if a device cannot be connected in 72 hours, we tell you before you sign.
- We work with operational data (times and statuses), not patient names or images.
- The twin is explained with your own center: every machine and every queue, checked against a day you count by hand.

Questions
What does the 72-hour commitment require?
The device must support Modality Worklist and MPPS, network access must be available, and the vendor must cooperate. Otherwise we say so in the pre-flight.
Do you read or report studies with AI?
No. We do not read images and we are not a medical device. Clinical use and its regulation remain with the center.
What is the operational digital twin?
A live picture of the center: each machine busy, free, or in maintenance, the queues, and bottleneck alerts before they happen.
